Crawley Archery Club – 2019 AGM

 In News

Dear All,

Crawley Archery Club held its AGM on Wednesday 15th May at Hazlewick school. There was a decent turn out turn out from the club, & all archers should have now received the Chairman’s report via e-mail (Full minutes to follow, in due course). A few key points coming out of the AGM:

Firstly due circumstances beyond both ours and Driverwood Paintball’s control we are abandoning the potential Field course at their premises. We will continue to look for alternative premises, please look out for a request for help in the near future to clear our equipment out from Driverwood.

On a lighter note it’s with great pleasure that we announce that Tony Jerome has been appointed the Club role of Honorary President as a thankyou for his dedication and many years of service and help with Club activities.

Pictured along with Tony are all our medal winners who attended the AGM, congratulations on all your Club shooting achievements !

Lastly our thanks goes to Steve Goodall for stepping into the role of Secretary right at the end of the AGM, without him replacing Claire we would not be able to shoot at all and we would have had to call an EGM to get another candidate into the role.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the shooting line,

Neil Seymour
Chairman/Coaching Coordinator
